Drawn This Way is a collaboration between illustrator/animator Robby Cook and designer/scholar Zachary Vernon that provides high-quality creative solutions for individuals, organizations, and businesses.
That sounds pretty legit, right? The truth is we’re just two nerdy dudes who married each other and decided to combine our talents and have fun working on projects together. When we’re not drawing and designing, we’re usually catching up on our favorite shows, descending on a variety of local food trucks, and slinging spells in (an unhealthy amount of) D&D games.

Robby would be considered a workaholic if he wasn't doing what he loved. With a long list of animation credits (including Netflix's Castlevania series and CBS’ Star Trek: Lower Decks), Robby's work is rooted in the core tenants of movement and character. In the brief times when he's not working, you can find him at Disneyland or various comic cons.

Zachary Vernon
CO-FOUNDER | DESIGN
Zachary is the strategist of the team. He's most comfortable discussing long-term goals and needs, and how best to achieve them. He's also an award-winning designer, and can often be found practicing Tai Chi and teaching the next generation of artists and designers at California State University–Los Angeles (not at the same time).
